Anti-Cholesterol Diet

Anti-cholesterol diets are not necessarily to lose weight. Focuses on reducing saturated fats in daily caloric intake.


Diet Menu


Breakfast and Snack

  • Can be a glass of skim milk, decaffeinated coffee or a tea, maximum two whole grain toasts with skim cheese or dietetic jam.
  • Fresh fruit juice (especially grape juice), fresh fruits, a small bottle of skim or light yoghurt.
  • Descaffeinated coffee, some yoghurt with nuts (it's not recommended for people with high triglycerides).


Lunch

  • Vesgetable soup, veal with vegetable salad.
  • Mashed potato, fish with grade carrot or pumkin.
  • Lentils prepared with chili pepers and carrots, chicken cooked with chili pepers and tomatoes, for drink can be a glass of fruit juice.
  • Eggplant with a fish fillet to taste.


Dinner

  • Boiled spinach, pumpkin puree, lettuce and tomato salad.
  • Vegetables soup and chicken with mashed potato.
  • Chard cake, fish with onions, beans with boiled potatoes, one portion of pasta, can eat pizza without cheese and for drink it's better tea.
